  1. Reading through your blog I wonder how the next ten years will pan out. There has been much talk in the HIV community of Indonesoa showing the same grass route signs as Africa showed in the mid 80’s. Especially in the west of Java.
    There is a US company that have been granted the sale and distribution of rapid tests leke the ones seen at http://www.ivtests.com, the US company is the first to supply this style kit in Indonesia. They will distribute over 1 milion kits this year alone. Is this enough? The wat the Indonesian FDA is set up, they may struggle to pass other kits?
    I think the best solution is education, precaution and cheap testing. The following issue is the field CD4 test, which can only be transported in the cool chain between 2 & 8 degrees. Getting this to the far reaches of developing countries is a challange.
